
Voucher redemption steps:

Patron presents a physical voucher in-person at the Orchestra Iowa box office (open Tuesday – Friday, 10am – 5pm).

Patron selects their preferred performance date.

If the zone on the voucher is sold out, the patron may:

Pay the difference to upgrade to the next available zone,

Accept a lower zone ticket at no cost, or
-
Select the other performance date if available.
Additional Notes:
Redeem vouchers early to avoid long lines
Ticketholder information must be provided for each voucher used.
Patrons requiring accessible seating may be placed outside their printed zone.
Must have a physical voucher to redeem; lost or photocopied vouchers cannot be honored.
All vouchers expire after the final performance on January 18, 2026.
