Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2025
Thank you for supporting Cedar Rapids Opera. The following policy outlines our guidelines regarding ticket refunds, exchanges, and donations.
1. Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless a performance is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.
If a performance is canceled, we will notify all ticket holders by email and provide instructions for one or more of the following options:

Ticket exchange for another date or performance (if applicable)

Full or partial refund

Option to convert your ticket into a charitable donation to Cedar Rapids Opera
2. Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges may be possible based on availability, but they are not guaranteed. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@cropera.org at least 48 hours before the performance.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but exchanges are at the discretion of Cedar Rapids Opera.
3. Missed Performances
We are unable to refund or exchange tickets for missed performances, including late arrivals. Please plan to arrive at least 15–30 minutes prior to curtain time.
4. Donations
All donations made to Cedar Rapids Opera are non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on your generosity to support our mission. Donation receipts will be provided for tax purposes.
