Giving Tuesday is all about giving back, so this year Cedar Rapids Opera invites the greater Cedar Rapids community to nominate a nonprofit organization whose staff and/or volunteers would enjoy a night out together, compliments of Cedar Rapids Opera.
CROpera will award the selected organizations with a champagne toast and complimentary tickets to Così fan tutte at the Paramount, playing Friday, January 21 at 7:30 pm and Sunday, January 23 at 2:00 pm.
The nonprofit community works tirelessly to make the Corridor a safer, healthier, more equitable place to live, and the challenges of the pandemic and last year’s derecho have demanded even more from them. CROpera hopes this is a small way to let them know what a big impact they make in our lives and in our hearts.
