Spencer Greene

Chicago-based tenor Spencer Greene is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music.

A district winner of the 2024 Laffont Competition, critics have praised his “flexible, expressive voice” and “adroit singing.”

His past roles include the Tanzmeister in Ariadne auf Naxos, Danilo in Die Lustige Witwe, Figaro in The Barber of Seville, and Sid in Albert Herring.

He is also a chorus member with Florentine Opera, Music of the Baroque, and the Grant Park Music Festival.
