Nicola Santoro

Passionate about performing contemporary music, Nicola Santoro has worked with composer Matthew Aucoin and appeared in premieres of The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs, It’s a Wonderful Life, and a world premiere song cycle with Catalyst New Music.


This past summer, she was an Emerging Artist with Charlottesville Opera, where she performed as Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance and covered the role of Frasquita in Carmen.


Previously, she appeared as Annu in Thumbprint and as Lillian Russell in The Mother of Us All with Chautauqua Opera.


Nicola earned her BM from Westminster Choir College and her MM from Indiana University.
