Signature Drink Recipes crafted by Matt Miller

​

Drink #1 – The High Note 

2 oz. Clearhart Gin  

1.5 oz. Lemon Juice  

1.5 oz. Simple Syrup  

  

-Combine above ingredients and chill in a martini shaker  

-Pour straight up in a martini glass  

  

-Add 2 oz. Sparkling White Wine, and Top with a 1 oz. splash of Apple Cranberry Wine  

-Garnish with a lemon twist

 Drink #2 – You’re On Mute 

2 oz. Malted Rye Whiskey  

1 oz. Lemon

1 oz. Lime Juice  

2 oz. Simple Syrup  

  

-Combine above ingredients in a martini shaker, shake together with ice  

-Pour into a rocks glass with ice included  

  

-Top with a 1 oz. splash of sparkling water and a .75 oz. Double Oak Reserve red wine float  

-Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry

Drink #3 - CRST-ini 

2. oz. Iowa Bourbon  

1.5 oz. Apple Brandy  

.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth

.75 oz. Cherry Juice  

  

-Combine above ingredients in a martini shaker, and stir with ice to chill  (don't shake)

-Pour straight up in a martini glass  

-Garnish with a cherry (similar to a Bourbon Manhattan)
