Denique Isaac
Soprano
Denique Isaac, soprano, is currently based in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. She attended Indiana University, Jacobs School of Music, where she received her Master of Music degree. Denique has performed various operatic scenes and roles, delving her deeper into her love of the genre. Denique made her official Opera Baltimore debut performing the role of Mrs. Jessel from Britten’s Turn of the Screw. Denique won first place in the NATS National Student Auditions Upper Advanced Classical Treble Voices and the American Negro Spiritual All- Voices. Denique had the pleasure of working with Annapolis Opera, in the Donizetti’s opera, The Elixir of Love, singing the role of Giannetta. Denique is also a member of Washington National Opera Chorus, recently taking part in the Shakespearean classic, Macbeth, brought to life by Verdi.
